Re: GdViewer CopyRegionToGdPictureImage
Schalla, Thank you. As mentioned, since you contacted us via ticket, I will handle your issue there instead. This issue is looking like it is due to: 1. Outdated version of GdPicture or 2. GdViewer object setup I will help you resolve this in your ticket as we can discuss what you are doing in your ...

Re: Annotations with the bounds displayed image?
Jojoshua, The demos on our website are automatically updated with each internal change we do. If you tested out our Docuvieware annotations demo, you are right in pointing out you can draw outside the displayed page. In our GdPicture demos however, the default behavior is what I mentioned previously...

Re: Annotations with the bounds displayed image?
Hi Jojoshua, Have you made sure to update your version to our latest release? https://www.gdpicture.com/download-gdpicture/ You need to specify ClipAnnotsToPageBounds and set it to "true". You should not need to do this however since this is the default behavior. You can directly test this in our an...

Re: some magic in .GetPageText?
Hi Fierikit, I have taken a look at your PDF and can say this is not GdPicture at fault but the document's fault. The way the text has previously been OCR'ed is not accurate and this is showed by adobe. Have you tried using our OCR engine on your documents to get more accurate text results from your...

Re: MSG file support

This is currently not suppo...

Re: Thumbnail displayed title
Hi there, I cannot guarantee this works in GdPicture V10 since this is a very outdated version. What I suggest you do is try this out if you are using V10. If this is returning syntax errors then I am afraid you will need to upgrade to our latest version. If you have any further questions don't hesi...

Re: Annotations with the bounds displayed image?
Hi MStein, Thank you for your request. We currently have this feature on our to-do list. We will consider implementing this. How is this causing issues for you as you can simply avoid drawing annotations outside the page boundaries? Additionally you can fit the page size to the viewer which would pr...
