In Outlook Application there're some methods which can be used to merge or combine multiple Outlook PST files in one single file. Below I have shared one of them, try it and share with others:

Step 1: Create a new blank PST
Follow the steps to create a new blank PST
1. In the Outlook window, click on New Items -> More Items -> Outlook Data File
2. Select a location to save the new blank PST and provide a name for it
3. Click on Ok

Step 2: Merge all existing PSTs into the newly created blank PST
To merge all existing PSTs into the new file created above, follow these steps:
1. In the Outlook window, click on File -> Open -> Import
2. This will open the Import-Export Wizard. Select Import from another program or file
3. Click on Next
4. Select file type Outlook Data File (.pst) to import from
5. Click on Next
6. Click on Browse to locate the file to be imported
7. Check the Do not import duplicates box
8. Click on Next
9. Select which folder you wish to import
10. Check the Include subfolders and Import items into the same folder in boxes
11. Click on Finish
