Hi there, is it possible to OCR vertical text e.g.

or do I have to rotate the document first?

Hi,

The OCR engine should give you the following result:

C
O
N
S
I
G
N

Now if you are waiting for the word CONSIGN you have to remove all carriage return (CRLF).
