MultipageTiff: Inverted Picture when exporting from oldJPEG

I am currently reevaluating GdPicture since it has now a managed core.

Unfortunately, I still need to be able to handle legacy files with oldJpeg compression.

Although writing oldJpeg is not neccessary, I have encountered a problem when exporting those Images with JPEG compression.

The resulting image is upside down and mirror inverted. Behavior can be reproduced with the included sample project "TIFF Splitter"

The problem has been fixed for the next minor release.
