Load Annotations from a file

We are using LoadAnnotationsFromXMP(FilePath) to retrieve a saved annotation. When it is loaded it removes all other annotations. Is there a way to load annotations from a file WITHOUT removing the current annotations?

No. The goal of this function is to reload all annotation from the content of the file.
