Unable to apply publish properties for item "gdpicture.net.w

I have suddenly started getting this warning since updating to the latest version 8.3.0.6:
Unable to apply publish properties for item "gdpicture.net.wia.gateway".
I have referenced the new GdPicture.net correctly and include in the source and bin folder the latest versions of:
GdPicture.NET.filters.dll
GdPicture.NET.image.gdimgplug.dll
GdPicture.NET.twain.dll

This is in a program which has been using GdPciture.net since version 6. I have not added any codeto use wia so what am I doing wrong? (The warning does not stop the program working.)
