Well then, maybe if GdPicture can save progressive JPGs, I'll give it a try.

my first deployment test was not successful. The assembly (gdpicture) must be compiled allowing partially trusted callers to work for me.

We added the AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers attribute in our assembly.

If you are interested I can send you a beta which should solve this problem + including the progressive JPEG saving
