Security alerts on Excel 2007

Hello,
I have developped a Macro in VBA for Excel 2007 (or Excel 2003 SP2) usind gdpricturepro5.ocx and when it loads, a security alert message appears, whatever the security parameters of excel are.
Since this macro runs at excel starting, it is very annoying.
Have you got an idea why this happens ?

What is the alert security message ?

Maybe you should use gdpicturepro5s.ocx instead gdpicturepro5.ocx
