Program with GdViewer crashes

We recently bought GD Viewer Pro 4 - Image Viewer Active X
After installing this our clients have a big problem. In some computers we can reproduce the error. If we start our program (called BLA) and open a form with the GdViewer control, then exit this form and opens Windows Explorer, our program BLA crashes and we get a message saying that "BLA.EXE has caused an error ..." (or whatever the message is in English).
So, my question is:
Do you recognize this type of Error?
is there an update available? We use version 4.0.1

I think you should update your GdViewer Pro ActiveX to the last release: http://www.gdpicture.com/download.php

Your problem will probably solved with this release.

Hi Loic,

We updated the control to the latest version but the problem is still there. Compiling the project after removing the GdViewer control solved the problem. Unfortunately we probably have to find another solution and not use GdViewer at all. This is not a central function in our system, only a way to preview pdf- and picture files, so we will most probably open them in an external viewer like Adobe Viewer or something.

What functions of the GdViewer are you using ?
What programming language are you using ?
