PDF pages are not viewing correctly

I have a PDF file that is not looking as expected.
It was created using Acrobat Distillers Standard Job Options in PDF 1.4 format. It mostly looks like the images are distorted. The PDF looks fine in Acrobat. I would like to send the PDF file for review if that is possible. Please let me know where to send it.
