HOW TO DISPLAY PDF THROUGH TABLE FIELD

I want to dispaly PDF document through my database without using any physical file. is it possible! ?

I am using GdViewer Pro ActiveX Ver. 4.4.6 DEMO Version
os = xp
development tool = vfp

my PDF documents are saved into a table (in field type 'GENERAL')

furthermore, what field type would be suitable if I use sql server for the same purpose.

Hi,

I suggest you to store your table field content into an array of byte in order to use the DisplayFromByteArray() method.

See your programing language / database reference guide to see how get this kind of data.

In the next release, I will add a DisplayImageFromString() method. It can be easier to use than the DisplayFomByteArray() method...
