Help please..on displaying several images

Hi Support, can you help please? My development environment works OK. Small network with jpgs/pdfs on a NAS box.

BUT when on clients much larger network.....

Using GDviewer (GdViewer4.ocx) to display jpgs and PDFs in predetermined folders. No problems with PDFs, but when selecting a new jpg from a listbox of filenames after approx 12-14 images have been displayed in succession the veiwer hangs. Read FAQs and noted a similar problem reported. Advice given to solve that issue was to use the 'object.CloseImage ()' function. Have implemented this function but it has made matters worse. Now after 3-4 jpgs have been displayed the viewer will not show any more until form is closed and re-opened.

NB: My form has been in use for several years to display jpgs using another viewer. Want to use your GdViewer4.ocx as it can handle pdfs as well as jpgs.

Hi Stuart,

I don't think your problem come from the GdViewer control. There is no knew memory leak problems with it.

However, if you are able to reproduce this behavior in a tiny application I'll be happy to hep you to solve this problem.
