DisplaFromPdfFile method very slow

I am evaluating GdViewer Pro 2.6.1. I want to display PDF files in a VB6 application. I am using the DisplayFromPdfFile method. It takes several seconds to load a small 27k PDF file. Mmuch longer than I can accept. The PDF file is stored on the local hard drive. Other PDF viewer ActiveX controls are much faster. I would like to buy your product, but the performance of displaying a PDF file is very slow. Am I doing something wrong? Do you have any suggestions?
