Delphi - How to instantiate GdViewer?

Postby ryancole11 » Thu Jun 03, 2010 9:19 pm

Hello,

I'm using a licensed version of GdPicture Pro and the Tesseract plugin, with Delphi 2009. I'm able to instantiate and use the GdImaging class by creating a object using the _cImaging type. For the GdViewer, though, I do not see any Create method at all that returns a GdViewer type.

How do I use GdViewer? I'm needing to perform OCR on a PDF but it appears I need the OCR to do the twain process.

Thank you,
Ryan

Hi Ryan,

I am not an expert of Delphi so I can't give you code snippet to do that. Just know it is possible and easy.
The goal is to be able to create a visual object by code, maybe a search through Delphi forums can point you to the correct direction.

Kind regards,

Loïc
