area selection tool

What is the method referenced with the right click menu for "area selection tool". I'm using this viewer on a touch screen monitor and would like to reprogram some of the view commands to larger buttons. Please advise.

You have just to set the MouseMode property value to 1 (MouseModeAreaSelection).
