PDF Form Fields Not Displayed

Hi All,

I am evaluating gdViewer Pro. I am unable to get Form Fields on any PDF to display. I even tried setting PdfDisplayFormField to true, which should be uneccessary as it 'defaults' to on. I have tried for over 20 minutes to attach a sample PDF which displays fine in Adobe Acrobat Reader. First the forum would not allow a .pdf extension, then I tried renaming to an .xyz extension just to get it posted. This was 'now allowed' either. Then I tried just making it a 'gif' with a note to change it back to .pdf for viewing but this produced an 'invalid file format' error.

There is another old post of this same problem on this forum which was never answered. Am I mistaken about this component being able to work with PDF documents?
