PDF font issue

[Matassa]

GdViewerPro4.ocx is not able to load correctly the font "CourierNewPS-BoldMT", it is converted to Arial.
I attached a sample PDF file.

P.S.: is it support full active now? In an announcement it is written:

Partially discontinued support from 07/13-2009 to 08/14-2009

Hi,

Due to holidays & support reorganization, forums interventions & mail answers from the GdPicture Team will be partially discontinued from 13 August 2009 to 14 September 2009.
We will be able to give answers during this period, but the time response will be increase to 24/48 hours.
