GDViewer without Admin rights

Hello,

i use the gdviewer to view archived documents in SAP. If the user has admin rights, the documents are shown correct - without admin rights gdviewer opens but there is only a white blank paper. What can i do to resolve this problem?

A similar issue have been resolved within a recent release, are you using the last one ?

i tried the last version from 29th April, but still the same problem.

Hi Stephan,

Are you sure to have reading rights on the files ? -> Ensure yourself to be able to open the PDF using Acrobat Reader.

If the problem persist, plese send me at least one file at esupport (at) gdpicture (dot) com.

Yes, I´m Sure to have the reading rights. Same User with local admin rights it works, without local admin rights only white blank paper.

I've tested with read only access in local & remote computers and I didn't found any problem.
