Problem with installation in Delphi 2007

As it is possible to install GdTwain ActiveX in Delphi 2007 Enterprise.
In Delphi 6 everything was Ok but in D2007 I can't install components.

I never used Delphi 2007. However, I found many issue & explication on google to import third party ActiveX within a D2007 Project. IE: http://www.mail-archive.com/delphi@elis ... 02604.html
