FYI, I remember seeing this same problem when I started with GdPicture a week ago.
I am on VS2005 SP1, VB-NET, Vista Business SP1, User is a STD User, Starting VS2005 with "run as administrator" rights, GdPicturePro5.
This was all installed onto a new, clean system.
I do not remember exactly the cause or resolution.
It was something I was doing, or how my system was configured.
Hmm, it may have been the reference I added.
I think at first I just added reference to gdpicturepro5.ocx.
Then looking at samples, saw it instead needed to reference AxInterop.gdpicturepro5.DLL and Interop.gdpicturepro5.DLL
Tried to replicate. Does not look to be caused by an incorrect reference.
