Image refresh?

I am testing the program using the VB.Net Twain Sample application.

After a scanning, the program shows a Demo Mode warning.

When this message box is closed, a black rectangle remains on the screen where the box was positioned.

This happens with any message boxes that overlap the viewer (a blank rectangle remais on the screen).

I purchased the product, did a fresh download and installation and the problem went away.
