No Image After Scan On CANON DR-5020

We have a Canon DR-5020 scanner for large jobs. When I use the gdviewer scan function, the Canon appears to scan the document but returns a blank screen. The other scanners that we have work just fine. Any Ideas/solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Could you give me the way you use to Acquire an image ?

Also, If you can provide a log this should help. IE, at the beginning of your code:
