How to distribute runtime

I downloaded GdTwain Active X, installed, using evaluation serial number.
Created card scanner solution in ASP.NET using BizCard Reader on Vista system.
Solution written in javascript in .aspx client-side scripting, using IE7.
WORKS GREAT!
Ready to purchase, but...
First need to understand and test how to redistribute GdTwain Active X runtime with my solution to another computer.
Reason is I had problems with this step on another product - DynamicTwain.
Other computer is running same programs in ASP.NET, and scanning and processing will be done in IE on a workstation on that computer.
I'm assuming your runtime must be installed on the workstation.
