AV186+ from Avision not avalable in Activex version 5.13.5

it's a long time i dont bother you... an organization i serve buy to all customer AV186+ from Avision, the documentation speak about totally TWAIN compliant but i cannot use it with GDPicture
Using Windows image acquisition the WIA driver is selected, using dosadi twister i see a twan driver and a WIA driver
the customer PC is a windows XP and the software shipped with the scanner correctly works

we bought for ourself such a scanner and we see now it works correctly with gdpicture.
surely the problem is in the customer pc but we cannot act there because the Corporate of the customer wants a complete control
