Aquire and display picture

Postby Martin » Fri Mar 25, 2011 12:48 pm

Dear friends,

I have purchased the GDTwain Pro ActiveX and have the following issue:

Environment is MS-Access.

I want to scan a page into a PDF file and that works just fine. However it seems I have
to first save the file and then later load it into the viewer control that comes with GDTwain Pro ActiveX.

Is there a way to scan and directly display the picture in the viewer and then save it?
I just want to be able to flip the page in case it was inserted into the scanner upside down.

The sample that comes with the product does not use the viewer control at all and I haven't
found anything in this board.

Thanks a lot for your time
Cheers
Martin

Hi Martin,

Yes you can try: GdViewer1.SetNativeImage(Imaging1.GetNativeImage).

Kind regards,
