Edit PDF and auto display on remote PCs

Hi
I need to modify a PDF file, this works with GDpicture PDF.
I then need remote users to be able to view this edited pdf, as the status on the pdf could change regularly I need this to almost be live. As I modify the pdf it needs to be updated on the remote pc. I cannot install software on the remote PC and do not want to go through a whole website server installation.
Can anyone give me an option?
