are there any configuration parameters in Tesseract which may optimize OCR depending on a specific printer type (dot-matrix printers for example) used for the source image ?

Hi Amok,

No with OCR itself but with image processing of GdPicture you should be able to enhance accuracy of the process.
If you upload an image I can give you some suggestion.

Only Q, P.U. and P.T. columns need to be recognized by OCR.

I'm encoutering problems with Tesseract accuracy, have you got some tips (GD/OCRT functions) to optimize this process ?
