wrong orientation

Support for GdPicture Light Imaging Toolkit and GdPicture Pro Imaging ActiveX/SDK.

wrong orientation

The frist attachment is the original picture showing in correct orientation in all applications. The second attachment is an snapshot by using gdpicture-control it is showing in wrong orientation. Can anyone explain this.

Hi,

Check you are using the latest version of gdimgplug.dll included in the redist package of GdPicture SDK.

My gdimgplug.dll version is 1.7.0.30

Is gdimgplug.dll include in gdpicturepro setup? I have version 5.13.5 installed before few days, is this not right?

ok ... I search, but I am not find any information about the lastest version of gdimgplug.dll, sorry.

Hi,

Latest version is 1.7.0.32 and can be found in C:\Program Files\GdPicture ToolKit Pro Edition\redist\optional

My suggestion is that you do a search across your entire computer for gdiimgplug.dll and gdpicturepro5.ocx. Make sure you only have the latest versions on your computer.

I had the same problem until I did this.

I found:

gdimgplug.dll V. 1.7.0.32 in my application directory
gdpicturepro5.ocx V. 5.13.0.5 in my windows system directory

in no other directory I found these files

I run my application and try to delete these files ... its not be possible ... so I think, they are in used.

the problem ist allways exists :(
