license key issues / previous version hosted somewhere?

Hi Loïc,

the Imaging object does not accept my license key in the 5.805 version (the Viewer object still accpets it).

The previous version (5.8 ?) worked fine. Can I download it somewhere? Or could you re-host it, please?

Hi,

You are probably doing something wrong. The key management of GdPicture Pro didn't changed since GdPicture V3...

If your problem persists, try to use your license key with a GdPicture demo application.

You can send me your license key by mail to get confirmation that she's working at esupport (at) gdpicture (dot) com.

same behaviour with the sample project. The Key works for the Viewer, but not for the Imaging object.

I tested your license KEY. No problem.

I suggest you to download again the last version from http://www.gdpicture.com/download/downl ... urepro.php

If the problem persists, send me the modified demo project your are trying to use.

Ok I found your problem.

You are trying to use The Imaging Class of the GdPicture Light toolkit.

You just need to remove references of the Imaging class of the GdPicture Light toolkit & replace it by reference of the Imaging class of the GdPicture Pro SDK.

Thank you for your feedback on this topic.

The problem came from the previous safe versions of GdPicture softwares.
I was unable to find the error because I was testing with the non-safe edition...

I am having a similar issue. I am using the GDIPicure Pro Imaginge SDK.

When I unzipped the kit, I had file gdpicturepro.exe. The version number of this file is 0.0.0.0.

When I run the sample program, I get a message box stating that I need a license key. This prevents me from timing the function.

When I went to the link to get a new license key, I got a message stating I already had one.
