GdPicture Pro and VC++

Postby Kyer » Wed Jul 25, 2007 8:39 pm

Hi Loïc,

I have just purchased your great software and I have got the following problem:

After registering the gdpicturepro.ocx, I can include three ActiveX Controls to my project: GdpicturePro.gdViewer, GdpicturePro.GdViewerCnt, and GdViewer_ActiveX.gdViewer, so I can only create objects of C_gdViewer and C_gdViewerCnt.

No GdPicture Pro ActiveX is listed when including the controls. Do you have an idea on how to solve this? (I´m using MS VC++ 6.0)

Thanks in advance for a brief reply.

Hi,

The cGdPicture class is a no-visual class. You have to imprement it by code after add a reference to it.

In Visual Basic it can be done like this:

Code: Select all
Dim oGdPicture as New GdPicturepro.cgdpicture

In vc++ I think you have to import the class using the class wizard of the mfc.

You can find few informations from these links:

For the next 4.X edition of gdPicture Pro and GdPicture Light you will be able to load the cGdPicture class like the GdViewer & GdViewerCnt classes.

Thank you, that worked fine.

Maybe you can help me with another little problem:
When zooming very deep into the picture, I´d like the actual pixels of the image to be visible. No smoothing, bluring etc., just the square pixels.

I played around with the effects a little without success.

Is there a simple way to achieve this?

Kind regards,
Kyer
