i am testing your product on citrix and while trying to scan it gives me an error "can't open default source, twain state is: 1"

and here is the log file created by TwainLogStart method, plz help

loic i already saw this post and my log says that

and in this post this DSM library is TWAIN_32.DLL and it's already there in both client and server

so, what's next i can check, plz help cause i am finishing testing your product to buy it.

Hi,

The TWAIN_32.DLL is probably not accessible form users opening a session. You have to copy this dll in an accessible path, the call the TwainSetDSMPath() method providing the path.

IE:
