Dragging watermarked image

Postby senthil » Wed Jul 25, 2007 6:42 am

Hi loic,

Thanks for your quick response and release the new version to resolve my issue. Now I am having a requirement to drag (move) the watermarked image on the tiff image. Like in Kodak image control.

Let me clearly explain the scenario.
I have a tiff image and I drawn the jpeg image (logo) on the tiff image (watermark/Image Annotation), Up to this no issue.
Now my requirement is to move the jpeg image on the tiff image.

Hi,

You have many solutions.
One of them consists to use the GdViewerCnt class to draw other image objects over it and use the mouse events to move there into the GdViewer Container.

You can look this vb6 sample: http://www.gdpicture.com/ressources/sup ... gimage.zip

Hi Loic,

Thank you for the sample.
But when I drag over the tiff image, I need to set a transparency for item.gif and display it in to the viewer. For this sample the image is a GIF(item.gif) but I am using a jpeg file. Please help me to achieve this functionality.

I think you know the Wang-Kodak image control. Here the rubber stamp option is provided to make annotation. After annotation we can able to drag, resize, I need functionality like this...
