Hi

Can anyone tell me what constitutes a good template?
I have been using a selection of the actual documents as templates but I find that the wrong template is selected most of the time. The documents mainly differ in the number of lines in the bottom section of the page. However, even if I make a template of each type (number of lines) of document, the compare still fails on the majority of documents.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bob,

A good template is a representative document of a document family. IE: an invoice from a provider X, another invoice from a provider Y, a check...

For good accuracy, I suggest to make templates based on a number of documents between 5 & 10.
