admin rights

Hi,

I use gdpicturepro with myvfpexe
and having trouble when using the ocx.
I get access denied on XP (tablet) with No admin rights.
I have copied all the necessary gdpicturefiles into windows/system32
as mentioned in the installguide
and registered the ocx with admin rights and set it back
for the user to restricted.

Any body an idea ?
