Build Header Tiff

Hi,
I receive some data without header Tiff (always TIFF G4 200 DPI Black/white).
I need to create the image TIFF.
Today i use another product for build my header TIFF, but I want to use GDPicture for create the header TIFF
For each data file, i receive the width and height.

I try to use the function (CreateGdPictureImageFromRawBits). But i can't create a good image.

Can you tell me if it's possibile with Gdpicture, perhaps did you have a example ?
